I've seen this, too.
They are in complete PANIC mode, like another 9-11 is going down on the 15th.
What a buch of nazi no-minds.
you would think that they would spend thier (antis) time on healthcare or some other good-for-all issue, not something as fruitless as whether or not I have a folder on my rifle.

If I have a working folder on my polish kit, will that make me go insane, and become the next sniper?

I'm hoping all that BS ends up on the back burner with the election issues as well as the Iraq situation.
It worries me what King Teddy and Fineswine will dream up after the election though.

There are so many "postban" weapons that will be grandfathered by any future ban that what's the point.
On Sept 14th, all LEO marked mags will be availible to the general public.
that is a PILE of mags. I picked up 5 LEO Glock 21 mags for $85 delievered.
They will be here on Sept 15th.
I hope that EVERY AK owner buys a folding stock, even a TAPCO folder.
Just to have in his closet.
That way his AK can be grandfathered.
All of those MAK90's and there is hundreds of thousands of them will be grandfathered.
The only thing they could do is ban new production of high capacity mags.
Big deal.
I can tell you that glock has retooled their production line to remove the LEO marks and is currently producing POST-sept04 mags.
So hello to the $25 NEW glock mags again.
As far as AK mags go, there are already so many out there it is not funny.

I really am getting to hate the antigun croud. It has go beyond just advocating a position, they are outright liars. The news media has it wrong as well, and never give the complete story. I have never seen such an effort to deny honest people their Constitutional Rights.

It's very convenient to leave out facts, emphasize the minority, and speak half-truths, and there are way too many people out there, who don't know anything to start with, and swallow it hook, line, and sinker. Then what you're dealing with are people who only know what thier told, and have no real basis or backing for thier argument. "They" will spew forth everything that they heard, and everything that they believe is true, like it is gospel. Didn't somebody tell Columbus that he'd fall off the edge of the earth? Columbus put up with a boatload of ridicule and opposition, because his fellow people were told that the earth was flat. They had no proof, no backing to thier claim, but it was true in thier minds, and wrongfully so.

I can no longer watch the local news for those same reasons. It's just not worth the adgada(sp?)and my blood pressure going up. I leave it on Fox News all day and I find I don't get nearly as tense as I used to!
