I agree it's more BS and some prosecutor trying to safe face instead of dropping all charges. By the higher up's sitting on there keasters, no one is going to upset the apple cart. To many are playing it it safe, rather than risk there carriers.

General Cleveland could stop this B.S. at any time. He's the bad guy in this story & a disgraceful example of military leadership. Of course Obama could end it also.....but he will do all he can to nueter the military.

I hope whoever is behind this travesty is found in a dark alley with throat cut!! And I do mean it!!

Agreed, this witch hunt is nothing but a big o' pail of BS. :bull:

These brave men need to be found not guilty.

This is not touch football, we are at war and the minute we start prosecuting our troops for doing their job we have lost. Sure there are cases where our troops have crossed the line, this will always happen in war. But this is a clear case of some terrrorist following his terrorist handbook and accusing our troops of beating him.

Obama should have addressed this but I'm sure he is siding with the terrorists to save face.

i think on of the other team members got his charges dropped as well.

i think the governments case is as weak as a one egg pudding!
