It might work because they are just sending an upper that needs a M16 lower. It's not a firearm, but can they get it there and export it.

From what I read it looks like they might be on the right track. They actually need to figure out how to get it there without anyone in the gov getting involved.

Well I think there is better ways of providing our troops with the equipment they need. I meen, what the hell do I pay taxes for??

Now don't get me wrong here, I don't want our boys to be without. But there are plenty of .50 sniper rifles that carry a NSN number. So if they really need one, they should be able to get it....
