This is a dynamite forum.Been checking it out for a while.Everyone seems up and active and willing to help!Sooo.I need some help.All over the forums jigs for this, jigs for that.I have a press just need to know where to buy and how much.Got several builds on the table and am itchin to get busy.AMD 65.Mac-90mutt.polytec mutt.had the last 2 mutts for a while and tapco was good to me!Arsenal USA supplying recievers and some compliance parts.sept.13 awb die and be cursed never to rise again in any shape or form. Thankyou for all your replies.The flat bending jig looks easy enough,it's riveting on the front trunnion I'm haveing a hard time with anyone know about that? These are my first builds so I'm getting type3 prebent,hardend.No problem with the barrel pins or barrel removal,got a press just don't know how to get those little suckers pressed back in without damageing the reciever?sorry..there from arsenal USA 1.6mm.

You need Plinkers jig for that. (The one on the far left in Bluejacks pic)

Do you have a mill to do the trunnions, or are you sending them to Arsenal and have them mill them for you?

Don't have a mill.Gonna wait and see just how much narrowing is required.Should have them in about a week and a half.Probably get them done local if necessary.Building larger shop which WILL be equipped.Read a thread somewhere where they did it with a grinder!!??

Beware of that idea, you could end up like this guy.
Keep in mind that only a few thousands off at the trunnion, will be way off at the muzzle.
