I'm thinking about picking up a few of these. After bending do they need to be heat treated? What would this entail? I used an ACE blank and didn't heat treat it afte I was finished. Am I missing something here. How does the ACE thickness compare to the Tapco flat?

Are the Tapco flats decent?

555th, what flats have you been using for your jig. Maybe we need to see if we can get a group buy going on these.

Here's my opinion on flats...stay away from them! I've tried them and they're just a waste of money!
