Yeah, that's came close to happening a couple of times too.
I can make some pretty tasty potato skins, but my wife's always baked the taters for me. I knew you were supposed to stick the taters with a fork if you cooked them in the microwave. I didn't know it was required in the oven. Now I know......
Anybody else love tater skins? I make em with four kinds of cheese, some bacon, a little chopped ham, chopped onions, chopped green pepper, and a little salt and black pepper and bake in oven till toasty brown. Yum!
