Under folder grip bushing

I just put together an I/O Romanian under folder on an OOW receiver. Everything went slick and quick. Now I can't get the grip screw bushing down into the hole. The rear trunion might be too far forward to allow the bushing to clear the internal piece with the locking fingers; the right stock arm binds up on the head of the selector lever. So, now how do I get the out the pin that goes through the locking piece and the plunger button? Drill a hole in the bottom of the receiver to drift the pin out through? Everything else is good, tight & solid.

Yep, drill a hole.
All factory folders had a hole.
Got a question.
Why can't you put the bushing in from the bottom?
I drilled a hole in mine. I woulnt have known to do that unless I had seen it on the leftover part of the reciever from the original rifle.

Could I get a pic of that?

I'm going to be adding a Romanian underfolder to a SAR. Newbie here, so anything I can learn in advance will help!
Thanks!

Drilled the hole, removed pin, removed folding parts; inserted bushing, attached the grip and then reassembled the folder. The hole is hidden under the pistol grip.

Bushing does not fit in from the bottom. I guess you could call it a grip screw too.
