Does anyone have a pic of their Weld Build. Checked out a side profile of a weld build at www.vektorarms.com and it looked good. Got a friend who can Tig weld. Any pics would be appreciated. KPD

The RPK's were welded then finished to look like milled.

The Rommy front trunnion was welded-- rear was riveted.

Very nice WINN! Do you do alot of weld builds? Damn, I sure am going to have to make it up your way soon. I will be moving in less than a month now.

been going this way, too. built two tapco flats and unissued amd63 last night in abt 4 hours. still need to cut the upper rails and paint the receiver only, but otherwise done.

welding is much faster than screw, and nicer looking. rebuilt some of my screw guns as welded. 3/32 E6011 in the afghani workshop. pix to follow.

AMD 65 weld build
