To basically answer your questions, Yes. The Romy, AMD (Hungarian) and Yugo barrels will fit the same trunnion.

Now remember these things, the AMD65 barrel is shorter then 16" so before you mount it in the trunnion permanently add an extension to it, if you go with a Yugo barrel make sure it has all the stuff that goes on it (sights, gas block ect.) because these barrels are a little larger diameter, and the piston is longer so you'll have to mount the right sized piston or have one made.
