well I spoke to customer service dept of an excelant company with a small issue. I wanted to pay and they said no it should be free. how can you beat that. I know for fact they have gone way above and beyond for me in the past. I was told they would send my replacement product and something free.
Well the box showed up today , the first thing I noticed was the lable had been ripped and then some clear tape was put over it. before I opened the box it seemed very clear it had been opened and resealed. so I opened the box and their was no shipping slip and my free gift was gone. next I weighed the box and it was about 2 lbs short of the lable by my kitchen scale. I have gotten everything includeing ferr gifts from this company in the past so I have to believe they did their part. I wonder what happened to my box?? :bawling:

the box came in a BBT. yes it was left at the door, but take my word for it NOBODY comes down my drive, nobody but the BBT. the land is posted and most evryone in town knowes to stay away if you know what I mean.. rat-a-tat-tat. tannerine BOOM, look the f--- out. they may look through the woods but nobody drives through the woods to the house. also I do not feel if it was opened here it would not be taped back up. the chemicals I ordered were still in the box. just no slip and no free "TOY" .
