I do not want to name them you have to guess. OK here goes. I ordered an AK kit from them so long ago I do not rember how many weeks ago it was. I called them and at least five differant times I was told it would go out this Friday. {sperate weeks} clearly someone was lieingfive times. three weeks ago I was told they had no clue. I told them thanks for at least beeing honest. at least two weeks ago I was billed for a hand select. Today I was told they had some and some but sent them all out to others and now they wer awaiting more kits from the supplier. I asked why was I billed with no sign of my kit in the near future. I was told that was the billing department not him, I said let me talk to billing. after holding I was back to the SAME guy, he said that he would send me out a non hand select gun sooner. It had mismatched parts and numbers. I declined because I had allready been charged for a hand select. I told him I did not want to directly call him a lier but with all the lies with this order it seems the stories on the web pages are true. A lil jab. After reviewing all the false stories and false promises with him I was on hold again. he came back to tell me they had more kits in back { yes kits no kits one has to be a lie} then said he would try to send one out to me. at least he did not tell me Friday again.
OK now your job is to guess what compamy this is. I have given NO information to lead you to the name of the company other that the sad truth of lies , tricks, false promises,, takeing my money without haveing any item to ship to me. so with this totaly non company name included post. can you guess who it is????? I bet you can..

It realy says something when all you got was a crap ass story of crap ass customer servise and first guy can name the company with a reasonable amount of certainty. not many places would do this to customers. so I guess it was an easy question pretty much only one place will treat their customers so poorly, again and again.
you know what I think bothers me the most ,,, the lies , if it is not next week , well I am a big boy I can take it, just tell me , if they have no idea tell me the truth , say WE HAVE NO IDEA. it is just that easy. as for charging me for an item they do not even have any of that is bad enough. but the LIES I just do not understand. I do not like it , I do not like it at all!!!! I told the guy on the phone that this was ALL the stuff I read on the web pages and it was all true. he agreed but realy did not seem to give a crap, it was very mater of fact and this is how they do business and it is not going to change ... PERIOD

I just called a certain company to inquire about the status of my order. It will be close to xx days since my credit card was charged. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. In my soft spoken manner, I quickly announced the nature of my call using the dreaded word--status. Even more quickly, I was told I would have to call back. I was told that "they were gone but would be back later" The lady sounded harried and frustrated. In the background the sound of other telephones ringing was deafning. In this brief moment, I imagined some poor soul trapped in some lower, lesser level of Hell called customer service. Here she was condemned to forever fend off calls from angry customers inquiring about the status of their orders. Her task would be to answer all phone calls as quickly as possible and just as rapidly dispatch the caller. All calls missed or calls that continue too long would count against her. When "They" came back they would reward or torment her based on her performance. "They" being demons could be quite severe in their treatment of the poor soul or perhaps as a rare reward let her listen to an ancient recording of a satisfied customer.
She is confined there with no hope of release or redemption. This scene is played out for eternity. Which BTW is:

When I was still a mod at another board I watched thread after thread about Joeken get deleted.

Users would send me PM's saying things like: Sang, you seem to ba a fair guy and you've never yelled at me before. Do you know what is going on with Joeken?

They tried to keep me ill informed about Joeken, but too many people kept asking about them. I would ask the owner of the board and he would just tell me these people were AR15 shills out to make him and Joeken look bad because that's what they always did. He would say that so and so didn't even have an order with Joeken, it was all made up to ruin them.

Personally, I put 2 & 2 together and decided what I thought about Joeken. I'm So glad I never got sucked into ordering from them.

I will never ever, never, let me repeat that, NEVER EVER order from Joe or Ken or Joeken ever again. I had my fill over two years ago, they will not get my money. That is all.

I like the story they keep using about their credit card machine being down.

I have had the same CC machine for my business for over 10 years, from when they first went to electronic transfer.
In that time, it's never even hic-upped, theirs seems to mysteriously go tits up on a weekly basis.
Usually whenever somebody demands a refund.

Part of the Merchant service agreement that you must must sign in order to accept CC's states that you can not charge the card until the merchandise is being shipped.

How many time have we read posts about CC's being charged at the time of the order, and the product not being shipped until weeks or even months later (assuming it was ever shipped at all)

I would be willing to bet that the only trouble these clowns have with their CC machine is finding a merchant service provider that will still allow them to take CC's.
Once you have a couple of complaints, they will drop you.

I payed for a hand select and setteled for a mismatched ,,, OH but they threw in a mag to make up for it. WTF screwed I say

I went ahead and disputed the charge on my card. It was going to be 90 days real soon. I hate doing business like that but I don't have time to fool around with these JOKERS. They might have gotten around to shipping something or giving me a refund on my card but I just didn't want the hassle. The FFL I usually do transfers through would not even do it for some receivers. He hates them. They screwed him on some deal. And he is one of the easiest people to do business with I know. The FFL that eventually ordered the receivers for me from them, paid them up front, cashiers check and they wouldn't ship until he called them up and threatened them with legal action. This was after calling them numerous times.
IMHO, they just use their customers as a interest free bank to operate on.
I suppose I'm on their sh*t list now but I won't order from them again anyway.

or are these also PLO (Pitifully Long Order)?

Dirtalert you missed your calling!! I read/sang it to my wife and she was cracking up!! I had one "run in" or run around with them and I'll never do business with them.

Glad you liked the song guys. Sometimes ya just got to laugh at all this.

Yeah SKS, the french kits are what Joeken's gonna substiute for the PLO kits but hey they're cheaper now. Pitifully long order :thumbup1: good one.

If Joe would have said A customer could have a full refund since they didn't have enough good kits to go around, They would still have my money. I would have waited or even accepted less than what was presented for sale. Maybe I'm just an impatient ass but enough was enough. I should see a credit on my next statement according to the card company.

At any rate, I've had fun with the song. Hmm, maybe they need to move from Winslow to Phoenix.
