I'm trying to see who would be interested in a quantity buy on ak flats. This would work out good for those that would like to get some flats at a good price, and with the jigs 555th is making or with other jigs that you all might have this would be a good deal. yosuthnmasa's jig will be done next week and I'll still build one for this forum if the details can be worked out on that. I just don't want to be in charge of taking deposits or collecting rent, but I can build it!!!

If anyone is having any doubt about buying flats and building on them, DON'T. Besides building on a registered reciever, this is by FAR the easiest way to build your own reciever. I've built with U-bend-ums (weld up, and I'm a welder) & ACE type recievers, and the Tapco's are more authentic looking and alot easier to finish. I got on the gunsnet GB for 15 flats, so I'll be in recievers for a long time. If you guys could get a deal on underfolder flats, I'd be in for some of those!!!

I know I am new here but I am very interested in getting started building. I have built custom Mausers, worked on and built Cetme's(tough build), and rebuilt countless Ballester Molina pistols. I do alot of selling on e-bay with a postive feedback rating of 1836. I do not want to get in anybody's way but I would like the use of a jig for a short time. Whatever I can do to make this work let me know, Gtodvr
