I have been looking for some decent rubber grips for the Zastava M57 and saw some but can't find a source. There was a seller out of Canada a few years ago that was selling some nice ones for a couple months and then disappeared.

Now I see some even nicer but can't seem to find a vendor. Maybe someone here knows:

I would love to get a dozen or so if I could find them for sale somewhere.

What I did for some was to buy custom wood grips from Marschall in Budapest:

Still, would like to track down some rubber grips.

Holly Crap,You Kidding,,I think that with all the bazillions that are out there, and there's not one person that likes the original grips ,except collectors . You'd sell a ton of them.

You have the grips that everyone has been screaming for ,,for years,,I'd run with it.

Just don't make accommodation's for safeties,let the owners take care of that sense there is so damn many variations. Not a biggie. I think you have a winner here though and you already have 3/4 of you're future mold done with the M57 grips you already offer. Just Cad them up and make accommodations on the TT molds for length and you got TT33 grips,,easy peasey !!!

As others have said though 45 bucks might be a bit of a stretch for grips that are for a 200 dollar gun.I'd have to think twice myself at that price , to be perfectly honest! I think if you were more in the 35 dollar range though,,,we'd likely be seeing you on the cover of the next Fortune 500 Magazine. :lol::lol:

Do you realize what a demand there will be for those? Even at a smaller profit margin,,you sell enough in quantity you'll do great with them!!! Everybody and there brother wants different grips for there TT's.

But that's just my opinion,,,but I honestly think you'd do very well with them.

If you don't want to,,,,Want a partner in this endeavor ? :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Hi, welcome to gunco. :cheers:

Before selling anything - it would be best if you could post some more, let people get to know you, and then put a post in the classifieds section. Thanks. :)

I will try to get things moving on replacement grips for Original Tokarev. My first shipment was more expensive than I anticipated, but I hope to drop the price with the next order. The issue on hand is the strength of Euro, because that's what I use for payment for these. If Euro goes up in value, I might stop importing all together because it's really not worth the hassle if I am making only few bucks on each grip.

I just joined the forum and am enjoying this thread. I got a Zastava M57 a couple of weeks ago and it has made me a TokLover. Mine is proving very accurate, reliable, and fun. I really think that it would be an excellent carry weapon - I can't believe how thin it is and how much smaller it feels than it really is. There were a couple of things about it that gave me some issues and it looks like the same things have occurred to you guys - sights, grips, and the magazines would drop (in fact I sometimes had to lightly pry them out). Since I am an old retired codger on a budget I thought that you might see how I solved these (at least good enough for me). For the sights, I used a small diamond file to open up the rear sight and applied several coats of "Glow-On Original Color" paint - $14.24 at Amazon. For the grips, I covered the entire stock grips with GT-5000 Grip Tape - also at Amazon for $9.99/6 strips (it took one strip to cover both grips). This stuff is really easy to work with if you just keep it warm with a blow dryer and working it around the curves and edges. The problem with the mags is the magazine safety. I kept working it by polishing the end down with emery paper and slightly bending the spring to release tension and finally it consistently drops free now. While I was at it, I did a "fluff and buff", polishing up tool marks and mating surfaces in the slide/frame and trigger. Got everything buffed mirror bright and oiled it up and it really smoother out. Then just for grins, I filled all the lettering with gold leaf. I included a couple of pictures below.
